About the owner + the biz

Meet the founder + chief money manager

I’m Cindi, the founder and (not your average) number cruncher behind Broad Bookkeeping Co.

Money can be complicated, but it doesn’t have to be! I like to keep things casual, simple, and straightforward.

I’m passionate about helping small businesses and individuals organize their dollar signs and decimal points without feeling lost and confused during the process.

I enjoy implementing positive changes for my clients that make a real difference in their bottom line. Small changes make the biggest difference, especially when crunching numbers.

I aim for the financial success of everyone I serve.

My work saves my clients money by ensuring their business and personal finances are in tip-top shape.

Whether you’re a parent, business owner, senior, young professional, etc., you can reap the benefits of better money management.

About Broad Bookkeeping Co.

Originally, the business name was “Bookkeeping & Business Solutions.”

I thought the old name and branding were a bit stuffy so, I changed it to reflect more of my personality and didn’t box me into working only with businesses.

The business began on Broad St. in Berlin, MD (a.k.a. the coolest small town in America), which inspired the new name. However, the services I provide expand much wider than the town of Berlin.

I serve a broad range of people with unique financial situations in places all across the U.S.

I consider myself a team member and mentor for entrepreneurs starting new companies as well as those that have been in business for a while, a trustworthy confidant for adult children who need help managing their elderly parent’s finances, and a resource for individuals who need money explained to them in a way that makes sense.

I talk about your dollar signs & decimal points in normal everyday terms. You won’t need a financial dictionary to understand what I communicate. I keep things simple (mostly because that’s how I need them) and down-to-earth and make financial services accessible to the average person.

There’s nothing fancy to see here.

Question…

How would you spend your time if you weren’t busy paying bills, balancing the books, invoicing, categorizing transactions, etc.? You know, all the stuff that goes with managing your daily money transactions.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I am pretty sure you’d rather be running your business and your life.
